Shipping Policy

Digital Products:

  • Digital products will be available for download immediately upon completion of the purchase.

  • After purchase, the file will be available to download in the Order Confirmation Page. You will also be sent an email along with the standard order confirmation that contains a link to the file. The link expires 24 hours after purchase. If you click an expired link, a new link can be sent to the email address used for the initial purchase.

  • If you encounter any issues with downloading your digital product, please contact me for assistance.

Physical Products (Made to Order):

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for production and packaging of made-to-order physical products before shipment.

  • Packages are shipped using the shipping method chosen during check-out.

  • Shipping times may vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues,

Returns and Exchanges

Digital Products:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you encounter any issues with your digital download, please contact me for assistance.

Physical Products (Made to Order):

  • Due to the nature of made to order products, I do not accept returns. Made to order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • If an item is damaged in the shipping process, contact me for assistance.

  • Buyers are responsible for shipping costs if an item is being replaced due to damage during shipping/delivery.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted for physical products (made-to-order) within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once production has begun on made-to-order items, cancellations cannot be accepted.

  • Digital product purchases cannot be canceled once the download link has been provided.
